We are pleased to welcome you to Issue N. 10 of the EU P2P Newsletter concerning the period from October 2019 to April 2020. The European Union Partner to Partner Programme (EU P2P) continued actively promoting coopera-tion and capacity building activities under all three main areas of its activity: dual-use export controls, Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) implementation and Conventional Arms Export Controls (COARM).
